Fixed Fee Feasibility + Concept Packages
You’re not always ready to jump straight into a full service package. You might need some help to understand the possibilities in your project.
Below you will find information on two packages that can either work in tandem or independently, giving you the confidence to move forward with your project. Set on fixed fees, which are deducted from our full service packages when you move forward with Dig Design.
Brief + Possibilities Package
Our Brief + Possibilities Package, is an evolution of what we use to refer to as our Feasibility Service. We still provide feasibility services within our Brief + Possibilities Package, but we also include some additional information including useful templates and guides that help form the commencement of your project. With the BPP, we will investigate and explain your options giving you the confidence and knowledge to move forward with the next step … design.
The Brief + Possibilities Package is delivered to you as a report that includes desktop reviews of:
– site assessment
– existing conditions assessment
– local council assessment
– neighbourhood review
– mud maps
– budget ballparks
– consultant recommendations
– next steps
– guides
– templates
All that for a fixed fee, which is deducted from our full service package fees when you move forward with Dig Design®.

Concept Design Package
Offered as an add on the Brief + Possibilities Package, the Concept Design Package is an in depth look at what is possible on your site with a full concept plan developed, with up to two revisions if necessary. Please note this is a full plan only, elevations and 3Ds come when you choose to move forward with one of our full service packages.
Again, this is a fixed fee service, which is deducted from our full service package fees when you move forward with Dig Design.

$ 2,200* Two storey extension or single level new residence.
$ 3,000* Two storey new residence.
$ 3,800* Two to four dwelling development.

If you wish to only have a concept produced, without the Brief + Possibilities report, please add 25% to the cost of the Concept Design Package fees.

Full Service Packages
Dig Design offers full architecture and interior design services, including contract administration across all project types.
Recognising that some clients are comfortable to run the construction process with their builder, or select their own finishes, fixtures and fittings, when preparing our fee proposal you will be offered our bundled services (as appropriate to the project) to select from.
Just as our designs are tailored to your needs, so too are our fee proposals.

Basic Package
This package is for people who are looking to design and sell with plans, be it a development, alterations + additions or new home. Selling with approved plans or plans showing what’s possible can dramatically increase your sale price.

Essentials Package
This package includes everything in our basic package, plus documentation for construction of your project. People who select this package, have the ability and desire to handle the interior elements of their project themselves.
This package includes:
Comprehensive Package
This is our most popular package and includes everything in our Essentials Package, plus interior design services. People who select this package have would like Dig Design to handle the interior elements of their project. That’s not to say you can’t be involved, we always welcome collaboration with our clients.

Interiors Only Package
This package is for those who have had their architectural needs met by another firm, but require an interior designer’s assistance on the interior aspects of their project, including kitchen and/or bathroom design, finishes and/or fixtures selections + scheduling etc.
This package includes:
Contract Administration Package – ADD ON
The contract administration package involves administration of the contract between the client and contractor to ensure the end result complies with the architectural drawings and the contract terms. Contractor selection, choosing your builder and negotiating the price is also included within this package.
This package is only available as an add on to our Essentials + Comprehensive packages.
